A '''terrortician''' is specific category of politician whose main political focus is to exploit the threat of terrorism. Terrorticians use the threat of terrorism to frighten the populous (and other politicians) into accepting harsher laws in the name of preventing terrorist attacks or into accepting preemptive wars to avert such attacks.

George Bush and Rudy Guliani are terrorticians since they are known to exploit the threat of terrorism to consolidate power.
