Technotard 

A person who has a significant conceptual, behavioral, or intellectual impairment that makes it impossible for them to understand or use even the most rudimentary of electronic devices.
Jack can't even program his remote control or the speed dial in his cell phone--what a technotard!

Technotariat 

A collective noun describing automata, both hardware and software, which displace the traditional productive roles of the proletariat. In other words: Robots which take people's jobs.
In ways Marx couldn't have imagined, a technotariat of hardware and software are taking the jobs of more and more people today.

technopath

a person with the ability to fix computers and related devices without touching them.
I called Roberta to fix my computer. The computer was completely frozen and nothing I did worked to fix it. She walked into my room, and as she came within a foot of the computer, it miraculously started working perfectly again. She is an amazing technopath, and I have seen these technopathic skills displayed by her over and over again.

technorati 

1. People who are highly knowledgeable about technology, especially digital technology such as computing (IT) and communications (together, ICT). A portmanteau word, "technorati" combines "technical" and "literati".

Singular: technorat.

Synonyms: technoscenti.

Antonyms: newby, luser.

2. An Internet tool and website intended for such people: capitalised as "Technorati".
Joe's one of the technorati - he wrote the book on the Unix Korn shell.
