TechnoFascism was a word officially forged by Daryl Basarab of Free Media Productions, a third positionist site, that heavily rejects mainstream politics.

Techno-Technocracy is a hypothetical form of government in which engineers, scientists, and other technical experts are in control of decision making in their respective fields.

Fascism-Rule of the few. Sometimes can breed racism, and overt nationalism.

Technofascism would be a government ruled by technical, the smart, and the few.

The wiring-together of advanced surveillance, data extraction, and automated control with an exclusionary, ultra-nationalist power structure that treats dissent as a systems-engineering problem to be eliminated.

To contrast technofascism, we need to re-route the entire stack from libertarian hands to human conscience.

While on paper, we are technically free to speak—at least according to the U.S. Constitution—in reality, however, we are only as free to speak as the government and its corporate partners such as Facebook, Google or YouTube may allow.
Private, monopolistic companies that receive government subsidies aren't private.
