"The way of the hand and the foot".Corean martial based on the 2000 year old matial art taekyon.One of the most effectiv martial arts known for powerful and fast kicks aswell as for spectacular jumping kick technics. there are two styles of taekwondo: the full-contact tkd,which is actually more a sport then a martial art, and the so called "classic" tkd,
the true tkd, involving allso hand, knee and ellbow technics, more appropriate for the times where yo have to beat the crap out of someone while wanting to entertain your friends and impress the girls.

Taekwondo

A martial art, that when practiced correctly, requires vigorous and brutal exercise, dedication, and physical well-being. It not only teaches a high concentration of kicks and blocks with a few hand attacks, but it focuses incredibly on respect, honor, sacrifice, honesty, compassion, focus, and many other philosophies that should be remembered every day. Taekwondo is a martial art that could eliminate most others not only because of it's technique, but the physical condition and mental well-being it requires.

I have practiced Taekwondo for years, and am physically and mentally well. I know how to fight, and also when to fight. My combat skills are surpassed only by my respect for my fellow men and women.

Ultimate Taekwondon't Break

When you attempt to complete a 6 Brick break in front of your entire class of taekwondo students with the intent of showing off, fail the break miserably after 4 weak attempts then allow the tower of patio bricks to fall so that the impact to the ground can fracture the bricks and you aren't forced to make a 5th attempt with a hand that hurts almost as much as the dissapointment of your chubby wannabe fighter son who can do less push ups than bricks you can break.

Had the worst Ultimate Taekwondon't Break right after I opened my own Taekwondo school at the YWCA cuz my instructor thinks I'm a complete douche bag, then I tried to show off on camera with a sweet 6 brick demo break and fucked it up entirely barely breaking any. My hand hurts but I don't want everyone to laugh out loud at me and wonder why I even charge for this awful excuse for "self defense" and give my son another reason to sit on his fat lazy ass while everyone else works out.

Taekwando

You know that time when how you were walking down the street and that weird guy in the black hooded sweatshirt that reeks of old cheese and crappy beer walked buy, and you wondered... "Is this guy gonna kick my ass?" Well, Taekwando is the perfect thing to do. Meaning the way of hand and foot, taekwando is the best way to hold your head up high and know you can kick the crap out of anybody, including hoodlems!
