A person either being so extremely douchey that their chromosomes triple by 3. Hence the Tri in Triquecta

A triquel is a second sequel as in Jaws 3 or Godfather 3 or Spiderman 3 etc.

The triquel, Spiderman 3 is not nearly as good as the original or the sequel.
