A motorcycle rider that has close to no control of his motorcycle whatsoever (typically a dirt bike rider), causing the motorcycle to swap from side to side instead of riding in a straightline. This is predominately due to the riders ability to ride a bike or lack of skill on a motorbike.
Skuzzle-Butt-Sally: Hey Sanka, did you see Billy-Ballbags motocross race on Sunday, he was riding like a bat out of hell!
Sanka: DID I EVER, I was racing him. He's such a swapper, the guy is lucky to finish a race alive, the guy lives off hopes and dreams I'm telling you. He was in front of me at the beginning of the race until he started to get all swirly and started swapping all over the shop, taking up the whole track like a true swapper. Before I knew it, he swapped into me as I was attempting to pass the swapper and knocked me unconscious for a few seconds. I came unconscious to Billy-Bob-Ballbags saying "Hey Sanka, ya dead yet man?". From my recollection, I nodded my head at him whilst I said "Swappers tsk tsk tsk tsk".
A user of filesharing programs (ie. KaZaA, Limewire, etc.) who takes joy in changing the titles of files, mostly videos, in order to trick other users into downloading the wrong thing. Looking forward to watching your newly-acquired copy of Team America: World Police which took you a whole night to download? Surprise! This joker actually made you get Catwoman instead! Surprise again! That copy of "Teen Sluts Take it Hard 5" is actually a German scheiße flick.
Title swappers are often obscured by anonymity, which makes them near impossible to track down or avoid. Nobody knows why they're willing to let other people suck up their bandwidth just for a laugh, but heed this lesson, and heed it well: always check the FILENAME, not the title, as many of them are too lazy to change that as well.
"Hey man, can you send me your copy of Spiderman 2?"
"Sure, if you want to watch Superbabies instead..."
A meaningless, unimpressive, self-serving introduction. An indicator that the story about to be shared will be pointless and dumb.
Back when I lived in upstate new york, I also had to park on the street - on two occasions, we got enough snow, mixed with just the right plowing, that my car was lifted off the ground from so much snow being jammed underneath it.
Sister: This meeting was to discuss the rough draft of my essay, where we discussed the subsidiary questions I added in my rough draft. We also discussed the relationship between my main title and the real-life situations I chose to use in my essay. We discussed the structure of my essay as well, specifically the Math AOK section and how it relates to the contradiction of the title. This second meeting was particularly helpful in discussing the implications of my essay claims and how to apply the title across various areas of knowledge. There were many sections of the essay that could have been cut down in wordiness and the ways of knowing required further and more in-depth analysis.
An absolutely foolproof way to keep minors from viewing content deemed "too mature" for them to watch.
Billy: "So I was trying to watch some videos for an M rated game, and I ran into an age gate, so I put in my realbirthday. SOMEHOW it managed to figure out that I am 12. CURSE YOU AGE GATE!!!"
Bill: "Fucking age gate! *quick scroll* THERE! I was born on January 1, 1904. Fuck you age gate."
