Generally only used to really stress this point, and spoken as such.

Essentially the opposite of superficial.

Those guys are way into the whole t-shirt thing, and what they're doing with the retro jazz designs now is most definitely some supraficial shit.

Superficial Responding

When someone says something to you, you ask them to repeat it and still don't have a clue about, so rather than asking them to repeat again, you stimulate a variety of different responses such as;
Nodding your Head
Smiling and Looking at The person
Looking Down
Agreeing
Looking Concerned

This method of reply is often useful when speaking to people with strong accents, or old people.

Dan: Wow thats a nice watch, how much was that?
Ted: What?
Dan: How much was your watch
Ted: Yes *Smiles* (Superficial Responding)

Usually used by con men, marketers , stock brokers, prostitutes, Steve Jobs. You know, the bullshitters.

Bullshitted: Do you think this its a good idea dodging taxes? I mean, I will have more money but won't I get caught?

A barometer of shallowness pertaining to the superficial nature of women in Orange County, California who place more value on their looks, which more than likely will include breast and lip augmentation but also extends to nannies, social status, which model of BMW, Mercedes, Porsche or Land Rover you drive as well as income and job status.

Can also apply to anyone who refuses to scratch more than the surface of communication and is superficial in terms of outlook or value-system.

On the scale of superficiality, that chick in Placentia takes the cake- she's a 10 and will never be happy. Going forward, I will be pointing the new black Carrera 4 up north toward Westlake Village from now on and not thinking of her materialistic ass as I serpentine my way down scenic Malibu Canyon with my new babe, bright and beautiful, who actually has a handle on communicating and what it takes to have a decent, fun-filled and exciting relationship.

Superficial

Someone who is SUPERFICIAL hides what is inside. They act like someone they are not on the outside, so that no one can get close enough to see who they really are on the inside. The act of being SUPERFICIAL can also really just be being shallow.

My boyfriend avoided deep conversations like they were herpes, and only stuck to what he knew, superficial conversation.
