An occurrence that is in a likelihood going to lead to stress. Formed by combining the word stress and recipe. Similar in meaning to a recipe for disaster, but lower stakes of stress, worry or concern vs. disaster

Spending too much time on the toilet trying to get trivial poo to drop off your ass, when in reality it could be easily wiped off. A major cause of 30 minute craps.

Becoming dyslexic under stress, such as when taking a test.

You write "esle" instead of "else", => rather than >=, or 1200 rather than 12000.

Based on the errors you made on your test, I believe you may be stresslexic.
