Stormcalypse

When weather forecasters over exaggerate an upcoming weather pattern. This is (especially by weather forecasters). These “predictions” cause panic/fear. These events lead to stores have little provisions such as milk, eggs, bread, water, batteries, etc.

Dude, did you hear about the upcoming stormcalypse?
The stormcalypse is set to hit two weeks from three days ago.

when a storm chaser sees their first tornado or other large scale extreme weather system close up they make an animal-like screeching/whooping sound.

Storm chaser #1 sees tornado coming at him: "holy crap! WHOOOOOO OH MY GOD THIS IS AWESOME!!!"

Storm chaser #2: "stop having a stormgasm!"

Stormgasm

The feeling one who is passionate about weather gets when looking at a perfectly defined hurricane or tornado.

Meteorologist: Dude, look at the eyewall on this hurricane, it's so perfect!

Friend 1: Yea, it looks like a powerful storm.

Meteorologist: It's so beautiful and the eye is so well defined! Ooooohhhhhhhh!

Friend 1: Dude, what the hell is wrong with you?

Meteorologist: I'll be right back...

Friend 2: What just happened?

Friend 1: Aw, man. I guess he just had another Stormgasm, he will be delayed for a second...

Storm~ish

Meaning: Upcoming weather will be suckish at best. There will be much rain and thunder all miraculously appearing at the most inopportune of times.

Kalaina tells Shelly that she has to work outside this week, and Shelly replies Oh crap, it's supposed to be storm~ish, and yes I said storm-tilde-ish biotch!!
