Typically she will be anorexic looking, and even the tightest jeans will be loose on her creating a shitpants type effect. Even under careful observation no breasts or ass can be seen, and she has none of the curvature of a healthy female whatsoever, in fact she looks rather like a wooden plack or toothpick. She can however be attractive in the face. Copulation with these women is not advised. (See example below)
