Stubble Jumper 

1. Someone from a prairie province or state.
2. A farmer.
3. A red neck or hick

Stubble is the end of a wheat or hay plant after it has been havested. It is usually about 6-12 inches long, sticks vertically out of the ground and is very stiff.
The Saskatchewan Ruffryders are just a bunch of stubble jumpers.

the red, prickly, swollen nodule found on the surface of one's scalp. stubblebumps can be spotted in anime shows; however, they exist in real life, but are often concealed under snug-fitting tophats.
Wendell had to duck at the threshold to prevent from bashing his stubblebump against the doorframe.
