Squishification

The Sigmoid function is a mathematical function having a characteristic "S"-shaped curve or sigmoid curve.

When the sigmoid function is used in AI Neural networks to calculate bias within the layers of a Neural network this function is repeated and calculated for each neuron. The function must be simplified (or squished) to result in a usable function that can be used to program an AI software program.
In order to simplify the use of these functions, sigmoid function weights and activations are organized into columns into vectors resulting in a matrix vector product which will be the bias vector, as a final step the sigmoid is wrapped around the vector function. The results of these vectors can be symbolically represented in a simplified function, which then can be used to communicate the full transition of activations from one layer of the neural network to the next in a Squishified Sigmoid function.
the bias is in effect prior to the Sigmoid function’s ‘squishification’.

squishment

to almost do away with, or almost put an end to. Quite similar to the word "squashment," just not rising to the same level of severity.
The investigative reporter, by getting pinned to the gate while filming the drug lord's van enter the compound, was lucky she only suffered a little squishment when the driver stopped in the nick of time when she screamed, then backing up...another two or three feet or so, and that reporter would have been yet another example of squashment.

trucker's tan

A sunburn or suntan focused on the left arm. It is caused by the left side of the body being the only half that gets exposed to sunlight while driving. Presumably, it would be located on the right side of the body in countries where they drive on the left side of the road.
I had a trucker's tan after driving for 10 straight hours on a sunny day.

British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”

Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.
According to the boffins downstairs, the murderer used a serrated blade.
