Sokate 

A person who has limited real direct personal exchanges during the course of their day so they begin to seek meaning to their lives in unrelated manners (excluding religion). Today these manners can come in the form of print, social media, tv, radio or the internet but as a person's isolation deepens they may seek meaning in random daily occurances such as making note of how many times the number 7 came into his sight and/or hearing on this particular day and what does that all mean. In it's extreme form can be considered a mental problem but usually it is just the quirkiness to spice up a rather dull day.

Johnny is a sokate but I really like him anyway.

drop the kids off at the skate park

The unfortunate circumstance where you have to take a dump in a dry toilet bowl. The

empty bowl represents a skate park, and is similar to the way kids skate in an empty swimming pool.

1st Dude: Dude, my water was off this morning. How 'bout yours?

2nd Dude: Yeah, trying to get ready for work was tough. I had to drop the kids off at the skate park, instead of the pool.

Skate 

This is Westcountry slang dating back to before the First World War. Skates are very slippery fish and the name was applied to people who had slippery natures in that they were untrustworthy, would try to avoid giving information or were just not very likeable. The use of the name expanded to include people who were wheeler dealers or people who do a lot of ducking and diving but no actual work. The name is disparaging but at the same time may hold just a hint of reluctant admiration. It is, however, a warning as a skate has no conscience and is totally unscrupulous and untrustworthy. The term is believed to have been used extensively by the British armed forces and was used to describe someone who was a slippery customer, fishy and who avoided their share of the work.

Skateboarding 

Stereo types aside, it's just a thing that some people like doing. Frowned upon by cops, business owners, and midle aged rich stuck up Bitchy women. You get kicked out of anywhere you can think off by just skating flatground.
