It's a webcomic. One day, a neurotic artist decided to create a stick figure comic. Then God said, LET THERE BE CHARACTERS, and appeared Suds, a cynical drinking sarcastic smartass; Perry, a shy guy lost in his thoughts; and Avital, the dumb creator herself. Together, they will overcome horrifying obstacles. Like CVS.
"Hey man, have you ever heard of So Funny I Forgot To Laugh?"
"No, what the hell's that?"
"We're over."
"Darn."
Most commonly, this phrase is used to describe a joke that's lame.
Much more rarely though, the joke actually is genuinely funny, but it has such an unexpected punchline, or otherwise is delivered so unexpectedly that it draws a delayed reaction due to the audience needing time to process WTF they just heard.
Guy 1: (Offers a cracker) Hey, want to be a cannibal?
Guy 2: (Freezes up completely and stares dumbly for 10 whole seconds, and then finally starts laughing) Damn, that was actually good! That literally was actually so funny I forgot to laugh.
A phrase used to mock someone when they say a jokeor something they think is absolutely hilarious, but everyone else thinks it's retarded. Sarcasm in its most extreme form.
Chad: "Okay, okay. A Care Bear and a ninja got in a fight. Who one?"
Me: "The ninja."
Chad: "No. The Care Bear. You see, it had just eaten an eighteen inch burrito, and it farted. The stank smell killed the ninja! HA HA HA HA HA HA HAAA!!!" *more annoying laughter continues*
Me: "Wow Chad! That was so funny I forgot to laugh!"
A meaningless, unimpressive, self-serving introduction. An indicator that the story about to be shared will be pointless and dumb.
Back when I lived in upstate new york, I also had to park on the street - on two occasions, we got enough snow, mixed with just the right plowing, that my car was lifted off the ground from so much snow being jammed underneath it.
Sister: This meeting was to discuss the rough draft of my essay, where we discussed the subsidiary questions I added in my rough draft. We also discussed the relationship between my main title and the real-life situations I chose to use in my essay. We discussed the structure of my essay as well, specifically the Math AOK section and how it relates to the contradiction of the title. This second meeting was particularly helpful in discussing the implications of my essay claims and how to apply the title across various areas of knowledge. There were many sections of the essay that could have been cut down in wordiness and the ways of knowing required further and more in-depth analysis.
An absolutely foolproof way to keep minors from viewing content deemed "too mature" for them to watch.
Billy: "So I was trying to watch some videos for an M rated game, and I ran into an age gate, so I put in my real birthday. SOMEHOW it managed to figure out that I am 12. CURSE YOU AGE GATE!!!"
Bill: "Fucking age gate! *quick scroll* THERE! I was born on January 1, 1904. Fuck you age gate."
