Closely related to the two words smegma and magnificent, smegmificent is an adjective describing something that is related to, or characterized by, smegma. When one uses the word smegmificent, he is not necessarily referring to smegma in the classical hygenic sense, but could possibly also mean any annoying or disgusting object.
