Skuce means intelligent !! Its mainly used in a name ! They were born with talent for art and also has a great humor and is very sarcastic , sometimes they wont stop laughing !! They can be a chatter box and talk alot but when your talking to them its not so bad !
Skuce there cant stop laughing and im laughing for no reason just because its funny !! But honestly who couldnt like that !
