Verb. The act of getting extremely drunk, wasted, or sloshed. Term originally given to people who had a few too many. Which are all followed up by the process of destroying the party through multiple drunken slurs and finally passing out in an upstairs bedroom because they are too drunk to make it home.

Definition: To intentionally stand in the way of progress and go out of your way to stop something that everyone else in the room is on board with doing.

Would also include dropping everything to start a task for this specific person. Tasks from this person are generally tedious, complicated, ridiculous or overall frustrating.
