The man's face is generally placed between the two breasts in a standard "motor boating" position. The female then slaps or "punches" the man's face with the breast. It originated in the city of Sheboygan, WI and derives its name as such. It is a common technique used at local gentleman's clubs. It is offen referred to as an "STP". The "STP" has been known to cause injury in some cases.
