What you call dating when you know you are dating but your parents prefer to not use the word "dating". 'Schnübler' is the word used in place of boyfriend or girlfriend, or dater.

"Well, we're not dating, but we're definitely schnübling."
"This is my Schnübler, Peter." We are schnübling together."

An art similar to cock blocking. Where as cock blocking is in front view of the victim, Schangling is somewhat more devious. To sneak over to a girl in a bar or club when the person who was chatting her up,is on a short term absence " smoking , toilet or at the bar". Schangling is an act of espionage carried out from a distance, carried out only at the right time.

when a woman, in a panic, proceeds to dump out her over sized purse and rummage through it looking for an object. such as keys, ID, or chap stick. could also be applied to a panicking man searching for something in his carry all

We were at the club the other night and my girlfriend could not find her ID. She held up the whole line while she was schukling for a nut.
