I never could understand why dat temperish javelin-chucking dude in da Bible wasn't thrown into Saulitary confinement for his treasonous murder-attempts... didn't they have a proper concept of justice back then????

Solitary confinment puts prisoners in a small, dark cell with no windows or light for a period of time, without ANY contact to the outside world or any other part of the prison or prisoners.
