Simply put, stinky balls. To have stalls is to have stinky balls. It's just a combintation of both words and pronouned just as its written. Simillar to the words swalls (sweaty balls), and swass (sweaty ass).

Dude 1: Ha, fuck I shoulda worn some underware to the gig. I got all hot and sweaty and now I got stalls up the ass.

ghost in the stalls

A prank in which one hides in a stall, waits for someone to go in the other stall, then screams multiple times at the top of their lungs. If done properly the one who is being pranked will leave their pants in the stall and run outside screaming.

Guy 1:"What was with that guy who ran out here without pants,screaming?"

Guy 2:"I gave him the old, ghost in the stalls."
