O.S.D.D.

Similar to D.I.D. (Dissociative Identity Disorder), often confused, but different.
Usually lacks something, for example amnesia or clear personality differentiation.

Person 1: I thought our system had Dissociative Identity Disorder, but we realized we didn't have amnesia.

Person 2: You probably have O.S.D.D. 1b.

Person 1: Oh, yeah!

1. Means "Stacks on Deck".
2. When used in an aggressive tone, it means "Swammies on Deck" or "Straps on Deck" aka "We Got Pistols, so don't play". (See Swammie) (Also used as the title for the new Tony Yayo mixtape with this meaning)
