Similar to a dutch oven, it is the act of trapping a fart inside and then smothering someone with the stench while wearing a snuggie.
I know I look ridiculous in a Snuggie, but it was worth it just to give Rachel a Roncho Poncho last night.

Rancho Cordova nicknamed “Da Cho” is a low class suburb about 14 minutes East of Sacramento with ghetto ass people smoking blunts and drinking 40s scattered everywhere. Rancho Cordova has a crime rate that is higher than 66% of the state's cities and towns of all sizes. Rancho Cordova is territory of the East Side Piru Street Gang, the most active streets/neighborhoods include Lincoln Village, Coloma Rd, West La Loma, White Rock, Folsom Blvd, and Dawes St, Rancho Cordova also serves as a Russian-Ukranian Mafia Hub for illegal activities. Local rappers like Liltrev and Cellyru gave the East Side/Rancho Cordova fame.

Ronch
The sound Rorschach from the graphic novel Watchmen makes when he eats sugar cubes. Notable because there are no sound effects in Watchmen, and the word "ronch" is inside his speech bubble. some more of Rorschach's onomatopoeic sayings are "hurm," and "chlop," "thlup," "chorp," and "lep," the last four of these occuring when Rorschach eats baked beans.

RanchoVision :A widespread and contagious ailment found in male students attending Rancho High School. The condition usually starts at the moment the male student steps foot on campus. The interpretation and standards regarding the physical attractiveness in women drops dramatically, causing every female individual to be “hot”, “cute”, "good looking", or "not bad".
For example, prior to “RanchoVision”, a female is rated 5/10 in attractiveness. When “Rancho Vision” is present, the same female is rated 10/10

Boffin
British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”
Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.
