Originated after a girl named Victoria scammed hundreds of people. A Riatard is someone who scams, steals, and lies about everything. Riatards don’t take responsibility for their actions, and play victim when someone catches them in the act of doing shady shit. Don’t be a Riatard.

That girl is Riatarded, she steals from everyone, scams everyone and then plays victim when she gets caught and comes up with a “creative” lie as to why she’s not in the wrong.
