Refuckinay, pronounced "Ra-fuk-n-A". Is what you call the most totally awesome Renee you know. She's beautiful intelligent, and just has it going on.

Woman: Oh my Gosh that's her isn't it?
Man: It sure is. It's "Refuckinay".
