A person, most commonly a nail-biter, who often will bite off pieces of dead flesh off their thumb, index, or little finger. once the exposed raw skin is burning and feels irritated, the color of the skin proceeds to turn red.

Guy 1: Dude, you see that guy over there?

Guy 2: yeah, that guy has redfinger, hes probably a nail biter.
