Discrimination, or antagonism directed against someone of a different Hypixel rank based on the belief that one's own rank is superior. Usually directed against nons and youtube ranks.

Rankism is the abuse of the power inherent in superior rank. Rank-based abuse upholds many other forms of discrimination, such as racism, sexism, and homophobia.

The principal ignores input from teachers because he's blinded by rankism.
