Dish-ragged 

To get absolutely and positively owned, used, or abused. To be tossed down like a used dish rag after the dishes have been done. Generally used in the contexts of American football, fighting, and relationships.
1)"Wow, that running back just got dish-ragged by that Middle Linebacker."

2)"Rampage just dish-ragged that chump who tried to charge him."

3)"Man, Joe's girlfriend just dish-ragged his ass and left him for another dude."

The act of using primitive gear and supplies when playing the game of Runescape, this can mean you wear clothing which lacks in price or that looks rediculous and that comes at a low low cost.
Ragging, being ragger or rag all refer to this and is frowned upon by the rich.

Its a type of slang word and basically means to pull someone by the hair or clothing very quickly. People do it when in a physical fight.
The Welsh use it alot.

Poo-Ragger 

When a party runs out of toilet paper, a poo-ragger is one who will use a hand towel in lou of lack of TP. After using the hand towel the poo-ragger will through the crumpled mess into a corner in the bathroom and deny that the aforementioned event ever happened.
Friend: Dude what is that smell?
Friend 2: Idk dude... Wait is that a poo-rag in the corner.
Friend: It totally is. Shit, who knew there was a poo-ragger at the party last night...

Slang Term used to describe using something excessively until it is worn out or 'ragged' out.

'Ragged' comes from the word 'Rag'.

A variation of 'Rinsed out'.
'I ragged out that car'.

'She/He ragged out those shoes'.

'They ragged out that Television'.

'We ragged out that computer game'.
