Originated in Hopkins, Minnesota and brought to UW-Stout.

Usually screamed in the middle of physical activity to give the user an extra boost of energy.

Also used in a measurement system. The one greater size of a Rüt is a Grüt

Eric Belted a rüt and dropped a pack of runners with ease.
