A location in which a person has been forced to stay so long that they begin to feel like they’ve died and don’t know it.

I have been locked in my quarantomb so long during this pandemic that I’m not sure I’ll ever leave.

The unusual sense of time when under house quarantine or shelter-in-place. Time passes both more quickly and yet more slowly according to the time frame.

A day goes by pretty quickly, but the last two weeks seem like forever. I must be in quarantime.
