An act of promoting workload equality and rights between male and female employee. All female employee must experience the same obligation to the office like working late, handling IT problem such as pc error or connection jam. Furthermore, all female employee should not be given any dispensation / specialization in their career trajectory or mutation path.

Goddess Sri mulyano is a pugsem activist that promote workload and placement equality between male and female employee. She's very enthusiast on promoting young female leader to reign in eastern indonesia such as papua and maluku office.
