Porsche Cayman S 

Designed by the good people at Porshe A.G. as an intermediate car that fills the gap between the 911 and the Boxster. A mid engine build that puts a premium on handling and driving precision more than balls-out peformance from, say the 911S. Yet it can blast to 60mph in around 5 toe curling seconds {depends on year, model etc} and scare the living crappola' out of yourself in the process. I guess it's about 40% Boxster, 30% 911 and the rest it's own special goods. A special blend to be sure. Let lose to the public in 2005, it's built a nice rep' as a multi use road machine that can cummute like a Honda Civic with pretty good gas mileage {20 city, 28 hwy} with the ponnies to transform itself into a mini Indy car by simply mashing down your right foot....you know the one. The flat six's exhaust note is simply symphonic with a low growl that mutates into a Banshee shriek that makes a guys spine say "Oh Baby!, spank me harder and don't spare the hand brush!" It really sounds like an ole' school 993 Carrera with the air cooled flat six. The car seems connected to the driver with an almost telekinetic union and that means you feel everything from the whirling pound of the engine through your back to every little bit of foreign matter you drive over. The car does have it's little piss-offs though but who the fuck cares! Your driving one of the most cool rides from Stuttgart to grace Canadian streets in years.

Porsche 993 

The last of the air-cooled porsche 911's when porsche engineered things properly. UK owners generally have beards, but not as grizzly as those of the 964 owners.

993 owner: I just changed the oil on my Porsche 993.

964 owner: Grr.. I got oil in my beard while I was changing the piston rings on my 964

996 owner: my engine blew up again.

porsche 944 

Sounds like somebodys jealous.

Porsche 944- A car that was 40,000 for the naturally aspirated model when new in 1983. Contrary to my friends belief, the 944 was designed off of the 924. The rx7 was actually a ripoff of the 924 design, but good try.

While the N/a 944 will do a 1/4 mile in about 15.5, 0-60 in about 7.4 (Despite Porsches paper numbers), it would not get owned by a minivan or a civic. The Porsche 944 is a far supieror car.

Speed, the 944 N/a is slow. However the 944 Turbo (1/4 mile in 13.5- 0-60 in 5.4 STOCK) would eat many modern cars alive.
With the 944s2 and S not far behind it.

The car is 20 years old, so chances are it wll have some maitenene problems, but you dont see too many hondas on the road for 20 years.

Altogether a fantastic car. Was rated the best handing car in the world. People like Valance Drift (see deuschbag) dont know what they're talking about and are just angry because theyve been beat by a 25 year old German sports car.

Valance drifts piece of shit trans am got owned by my 944!!!! and its just a 25 year old sports car!!!!

Man i wish little shits like him would think before opening their mouths, He must be jealous because he doesnt own a Porsche, and im 17 and i own 3. I guess his poor ass will never own a true sports car.

A quick-ass car that was the world's fastest road car for a period in the eighties. Produced only in left hand drive and distinguished by the swooping spioler at the back.

Top speed is 197 mph.
