Pokewar 

1) An activity where one person pokes another person and the other person pokes them back, resulting in a continuous 'Pokewar' - the end of which may never occur.

2) Similar to the above, except that the pokewar is hosted by some form of social networking site - eg; Facebook, MSN etc...

1) Pete: "POKE!" *pokes Sally*
Sally: "Hey!" *pokes back*
Pete: *pokes back*
Sally: "Don't turn this into a Pokewar!" *pokes back*
etc etc...

2) "Me and my friend John have been at our Facebook pokewar for three months non stop! I hope he gives in soon, I'm gettin tired of it"

When people poke each other using facebooks poke app. There are 4 rules of pokewar

1. Using any type of poke script which automatically repokes your friends results in imediate loss.

2. If someone declares themselves the winner first, they win.

3. If one party makes a meme making fun of their opponent they win.

4. Anyone named Chris automatically loses. this rule supercedes all other rules.

"Hey dude, who won that pokewar?"

"It was over before it started. Chris always loses."

Poketard

A word that is literally the words "Pokemon" and "Retard". Pretty self-explanatory.

Essentially, they are the incredibly toxic part of the Pokemon community who take ignorance to the next level, going as far as to attack people in the exact same community of them. They generally act very immature, and would be willing to start a flame war to anyone not agreeing with them. Should Pokemon be shunned in any way possible, they would begin to freak out about it regardless of the actual meaning. They also don't have a lick of respect for people with differing opinions, so if you are a fan of Digimon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, or Yo-Kai Watch, or prefer the earlier generations of the Pokemon series, expect to be attacked in the most discrete way possible.

You can find an exceedingly large amount of Poketards causing flame wars in DEATH BATTLE!'s video "Pokemon vs Digimon".

Joe: I'm personally a big fan of the first generation of Pokemon. What's your opinion?
Rick: First generation? Hah, you pathetic Genwunner! Everyone knows that the entire Pokemon Series is the best! Get a life, and don't waste my time!

Pokewalker 

A device that came with the new 2010 Pokemon games, SoulSilver and HeartGold.
You can wifi your pokemon to this pedometer like thing, and with every step you take your pokemon gains happiness and experience. You can also attempt to catch pokemon or find items with this.
It's also an excuse to get Pokemon-Kids out of the house.

Mom-"Billy, take out the trash!"
Billy-"I wouldn't normally do this, but I shall today because while walking to the trash...I'LL BE TRAINING MY POKEMON WITH MY POKEWALKER!!!"

poke war 

Applies to the world of Facebook, where users have the ability to "poke" someone. This does nothing execpt informing the recepient of the poke has in in fact been poked. Then then poke back. And then the original poker pokes back the poke backer who then pokes back...etc etc. This is known as a poke war.
Poke wars accomplish nothing, except of course when one participant finally gives in, relinquishing their soul and any dignity that is attached to it.

Note: Poke wars can also be a semi-pathetic attempt at actually having human contact or just flirting in general without having to worry about following up in any way.

After 3 solid months of poking back and forth Cate finally relented and subjected herself to the ultimate humiliation of a poke war defeat.

Pokewaf 

A foul smelling release of gas from a pokemon. It can also be used to describe the horrid smell of a Garbodor or a Muk.

Someone taking a shit and finding a Shiny Minun, the smell would be called a "Pokewaf"
