A place where many unoriginal people gather, usually pretending to have a broader knowledge on certain subjects, they might carry exceptionally large books, wear glasses when their sight is flawless, etc. They take stereotypes to seriously and use them to improve their social image.
Fred Poeser is a strict taker of the phones. A round fella for sure but all and all lovable. If you come across a Fred Poeser don't let him see your phone, he WILL take it away. He is a lover of guppies and keeps pigeons in his attic. He is a flannel enthusiast and will occasionally say hello. He has beautiful silver locks which he will let down on the special day. If he walks by it will smell like fish or guppy feed, so hold your nose.
If you shoot a Fred Poeser then a bird will fly out of the bullet hole so don't shoot him.
Person 1: Hey is that Fred Poeser?
Person 2: Dawg put your phone away
Person 1: Oh dear god! What's that fish smell?
Person 2: Dude, it's Poeser, he flushed his guppy down the toilet.
Person 3: But which one?
Poeser (suddenly behind them) : All of them! And now give me all your phones!
A person who pretends to be gothic, but really is just trying to impress his fellow piers. The "Poe" comes from the OG (Original Gothic), Edgar Allan Poe.
Goth Kid: "Hey, check out that new guy! He looks like one of us."
Goth Kid 2: "Who, him? That's the new kid on the block, he's just a poeser. He doesn't even know what a goth is."
when you're holding up your phone and making faces at it, as though you are taking a selfie, but you're really taking a picture of the person across from you or the wall or anything else that seems interesting but you don't want to be caught dead taking a picture of.
This action is often made more convincing by wiggling the eyebrows or opening the mouth, to pretend you're trying to get a Snapchat filter to work.
