A Pizzmac is a combination of 3 pizza slices or 3 pizzas, the name comes from the word "pizza" and "McDonalds", it is just like a BigMc but made of pizza slices, usually a pizza with topping is chosen so the Pizzmac has some fillings just as a burger, the 3 slices .

It works best when you use cheap pizza so you mimic Macdonalds quality.
