porkulus

The Democrat-supported "Stimulus Package of 2009," actually just a massive pork-filled spending bill. Can apply to any pork-barrel bill disguised as "economic stimulus."
The bill only provides for Federal projects - it's not stimulus, just porkulus.

Phonillusion

Phonillusion (noun)

Pronunciation: /ˈfoʊn.ɪˌlu .ʒən/
Origin: From phono- (sound) + illusion (deceptive appearance).

Definition:
A musical passage that sounds significantly more complex, difficult, or virtuosic than it actually is to perform. It often arises from clever rhythmic placement, phrasing, articulation, note spacing, or sonic layering, giving the impression of technical mastery without requiring extreme skill.

Typical contexts:

Guitar riffs that appear technically challenging due to quick note changes or unusual fingering patterns, but are repetitive or based on simple scales.

Drum patterns that sound intricate because of ghost notes, dynamic accents, or syncopation, but follow a straightforward rhythm.

Vocal lines that seem complex due to phrasing, rhythmic shifts, or layering, rather than pitch difficulty.

Any section of music where production choices — like layering, distortion, or reverb — make a simple performance sound more elaborate or intense.
