A pedoperve is a mix between and pedophile-- a person interested in those not old enough to drive a caryet-- and a pervert-- someone who is perverted. It takes the idea of pedophilia and brings it one step further. Those interested in his/her friend's siblings that are fourteen are considered pedophiles. Those interested in stealing their friend's phone to retrieve pictures of said brother are pedoperves.
John- "Hey, can we go to your little brother's soccor game?"
