Da "social no-so" act of planting quick casual kisses on da cheeks of random people. You might get away with it more in the Italian Quarter, though, since this is the traditional "modern Latin" way of greeting each other.

Though considered relatively minor in the eyes of Johnny Law, committing a peckadillo still carries a stiffer penalty than an "armadillo", since passing out uninhibited smooches is considered more violating of personal-boundaries than simply hugging everyone you meet.

A term used for a silly, stupid female. Derogatory. Often accompanied with a finger snap in the face and a command. Can be used in a joking manner

Peccadillo Circus 

A busy London thoroughfare where local-area delinquents with misdemeanor criminal-records are made to stand on the sidewalks and face traffic with placards detailing what their offenses were (i.e., "I tell lies", "I like to shoplift", "I express myself through graffiti", etc.) as a condition of their parole/release.

I dunno how effective a crime-deterrent it is for someone to stand shame-duty on Peccadillo Circus, but I keep seeing those infamous and similarly-publicly-embarrassing "humiliation-boards" displaying rubber checks that are located near the entrances of convenience stores, and most of said worthless financial instruments seem to just stay there for years, without their writers' appearing to care very much about all the bad publicity generated by same.

It's not a particularly wise action to carry sex-toys about with you when running errands, anyway, but if you feel dat you must do so, at least make sure they're well-concealed inside your clothing or a handbag, so as to hopefully avoid accidentally committing any embarrassing peccadildos!

A type of English sandwich, concocted subsequent to the time of Lord Sandwich, made from pickles and dillos found near Piccadilly Square in London.

A got off the Tube at Piccadilly Square to grab the piccadillo sandwich on plain bread, then headed on to Cockfosters at the end of the line.
