A large, blue and yellow being who befriends children around the ages of 2-8. The Negisis possess a huge yellow target on his blue sleek stomach, similar to the skin of a dolphin, but rather on land. It has a short pearlescent horn surrounded by yellow hair and normally has an affinity for carrots. The Negisis originates from Dandylionville, a small village in the center of the sun that is also home to its rival, the Chegisis. The Negisis has the ability to fly, swim, and swallow large bodies of water that are then manipulated. It may cause tsunamis or hurricanes if its child companion requests. The Negisis is a friend to good children, and a reckoning omen to troublemakers. If the Negisis targets a child causing havoc, it may sweep them up from the earth and they will arrive at Dandylionville to be taught a lesson. If the child does not change their heart, then they will work harvesting carrots until the Negisis flies them back to earth.
"Bro, my sister won't stop leaving dandelions outside her window for the Negisis! It's insane."

"My sister said a Negisis flew above her at the park- she freaked out. She hasn't wanted to play with your sister."
