Naggin

A naggin, a small easily concealed bottle of spirits is the lifeblood of teenage alcoholism and college predrinks in Ireland.
The 200ml bottle of a spirit of your choice (depending on your bank balance at the time of purchase) is the right amount of booze to stop you from getting completely steamed before sneaking off for the bus/luas/cycle into town but also plenty to put you in the perfect state of merriment before a night of debauchery and other shenanigans.

A naggin can be stealthily sneaked into a club or pub that you believe is too expensive, or if you are too broke to keep yourself in drink at a reputable establishment.

A naggin is also deemed an appropriate gift when you do not know what else to buy for the recipient

'What are you getting Niamh for her birthday?'

'Ah I'll just get her a naggin of something'

Crouching Tiger, Hidden Naggin

The act of sneaking a naggin of vodka into a club for either:
1. The topping up of normal soft drinks (Therefore not having to pay for vodka from the bar)
2. Going into the bathroom and doing shots (usually with someone else) from the bottle until said bottle is gone

Person 1: This club is really expensive!
Person 2: Well Get a glass of coke and we'll do crouching tiger hidden naggin

OR

Person 1: Wanna get the party started?
Person 2: Right, let's go to the bathroom from Crouching Tiger, Hidden Naggin

e-nagging

The act of sending short, usually single line, e-mails to people to get them to react to some issue. Particularly common today with hand held devices and continuous time connectivity. Used by many to exert power over others and to reduce productivity. The victims usually are forced to respond with an e-mail 4 to 5 times longer in order to clarify the issue to prevent further e-nagging. Also know as e-nudzhing (Yiddish).

Sorry I'm late, but my boss was e-nagging me, so I had spend the next hour writing an e-mail explaining how Excel worked.

Nagging rights

Nagging rights are a privelage inadvertantly granted to a girl at the beginning of a relationship. It generally refers to a gentleman's obligation to put up with ridiculous demands and constant irritation (which he would never do under normal circumastances) from a female partner for the good of the relationship.
Somehow, many women manage to retain nagging rights even after a breakup, especially in the case of divorce.

"Dude, how many phone calls did you just ignore from your ex?"
"Who the fuck cares? She ain't got nagging rights no more!"
