Nariah is one of the best people in this world. Depending on her past she may be ghetto as all hell but she lowkey white at the same time. Very creative inside of music and in life. Used when a person wishes to express distaste at the latest fashion trend/fad, because it seems that everyone has a certain item of clothing or is wearing it.
