Men or women that contradict themselves via words/action when they are interested in a woman/man and are simply doing it in order to 'test' them as to how far, and how much they will persue.

Traffic-control devices dat light up all weird --- i.e., randomly flash and/or have several conflicting colors/symbols invalidly illuminate at once --- may be malfunctioning thus because da people operating/maintaining said contraptions have "had a few too many" in da way of screwdrivers and highballs.

A bartender can be equally confused/frustrated as a bewildered motorist at a malfunctioning traffic-light if a patron at his pub sends mixed signals --- i.e., voices conflicting instructions on how he wants his drink prepared --- as well.

Refers to da random bu**s**t blinker-operations dat you brainlessly display to hapless fellow motorists after your having partaken of one or more "tall and strong" bartender-blended drinks in Margaritaville.

Sending mixed signals during turns or lane-changes may not actually indicate dat your car is low on blinker-fluid; instead, it may show dat YOU YOURSELF are "over-filled" with some OTHER type of "fluid! :P
