A combination of the words "meh" and "maybe"

Can be used when not interested in the outcome of a situation.

Person 1: would you like to come with me to the shops to get some milk?
Person 2: Mehbe.

Word used naughtily to hint that something is in favour of the hint. Usually used to say maybe but mean yes.

Timmy, did you eat all the cookies? Mehbe.

MEHB

Acronym for the Most Eligible Hindu Bachelor. He is recognized for possessing the perfect and most desirable characteristics of a bachelor and future spouse. Although the MEHB may not necessarily be single, he retains the title out of legacy and respect for the creation of the name and benchmark of perfection. This is a combination of smarts, swagger, Bollywood knowledge, sense of humor, and dashing good looks.
