Meercatting 

A behaviour observed in office workers when in response to any incident of interest, their heads suddenly pop up above their cubicle walls in a manner resembling the intensely attentive survial instinct of Meerkats.

"Jane and Patricia really got into it over that pay rise thing. Everyone was Meercatting."

Meerkating 

The act of peeing against a wall or into a bush on a long car journey, generally in groups of 2 or more. The group resembles a mob of meerkats as they are all stood to attention, rapidly looking around to ensure that no-one sees them peeing against a wall, just as a meerkat would look for predators.

I was sitting on the kitchen counter, painting my toenails, when I see my husband meerkatting me from the doorway.
