McDonald's Double Cheese burger and a McChicken combined. The McChicken meat is inserted between the 2 beef patties of the double cheese burger to create the "McCheef"

I ate that delicious McCheef in no time flat after I left Baseball Central.

McCheese

To state with absolute certainty that you will be at an event, then fail to show up without canceling. Usually characterized by also failing to respond to any attempts at communication by those who are waiting.

Differs from other forms of flaking or canceling late, as the offending party does not communicate their non-attendance, and does not respond to any attempts to figure out where he is.

We all waited around for him to show up, and called to ask where he was, but he totally McCheesed us.

Chiefy McChieferson

Someone who coughs for a prolonged period of time after taking a hit from a pipe, bong, joint, etc. It is most often a result of the lungs not being accustomed to the irritating effects of marijuana smoke.

Cameron couldn't stop coughing after taking his first hit off the bong. His friends, who were long-time stoners, started laughing at him and yelling, "Chiefy McChieferson!"
