A pure spin off of the McGangbang, the McNage á Trois is created by dissecting the layers of a Big Mac and adding 3 chicken nuggets in between each bun (works best with a 6 piece).

Similar to the mcgangbang (a McDonald's double cheese burger with a Mcchicken sandwich in the middle). Mcnage a trios is two Mcchicken sandwiches with a cheese burger in the middle. 2 chicks on each side of the meat.
