Adjective describing the symptoms a man thinks he has after thinking he has been exposed to Covid-19 aka corona virus when he has not. Mysterious symptoms that appear for no reason and are not actually real but made up within the head of that said man.

My husband has manrona today, he says he has body aches and a headache after being around my friend that go tested but does not actually have the virus.
