After dropping a duce, and wiping your ass, a finger busts through the toilet paper. Later that person is seen using his or her teeth to clean any remanence out from under that fingernail.

Guy manicure
A guy's manicure. Involves cleaning out fingernails out using a switchblade or pocketknife. Not for most women. Women who can do a guy manicure usually score higher with men on a coolness-factor. All guy manicures are self-performed. Never, ever, ask for a guy manicure from someone else.

A sunburn or suntan focused on the left arm. It is caused by the left side of the body being the only half that gets exposed to sunlight while driving. Presumably, it would be located on the right side of the body in countries where they drive on the left side of the road.
