Belligerent, repulsive public behavior, narcissistic in nature. An overbearing narcissistic bitch.

(Origin) Public relations person, Lizzie Grubman, was photographed in October 2002 at the Suffolk County, NY Jail, where she surrendered to serve a 60-day sentence.
