IAN turns a noun into an adjective. Lissian is an adjective describing something or someone as acting like or pertaining to Fantasy Football legend and analyst Chris Liss of RotoWire and host of the podcast "A Real Man Would".

I took a Lissian approach to the Fantasy Football draft and played to submarine those around me, rather than play to win.
